Nicole - Dental Hygienist
Nicole is our delightful lead hygienist who greets each patient with a big smile and a warm laugh. New patients are pleasantly surprised by how thorough and gentle she is, often remarking “I’ve never had my teeth cleaned like that!” Returning patients look forward to their next visit. Nicole takes tremendous pride in her job and is committed to providing exceptional clinical care for each patient. She is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and developing partnerships with patients to improve their home care.
Nicole is a fraternal twin who is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. She is a dedicated weight trainer who has competed in body building competitions in the past. She continues to stay in shape by going to the gym five days a week at 4am. Her commitment to good health is obvious.
Before coming to Flower Dental, Nicole took care of US military personnel in Japan while her husband was stationed there as a US Marine pilot. He is now a commercial pilot who continues to serve our country as a member of the Air National Guard Reserves. The commercial pilot job allows Nicole to travel with him. Fortunately, Nicole has an adventurous spirit and enjoys seeing faraway places, especially anywhere with a beach and a beautiful view.
Regina - Dental Hygienist
Regina has been taking great care of Flower Dental patients for over three years. We say that if you don’t like her, we need to check your pulse. With an ever-present laugh and a gentle touch, she builds connections with patients who trust that they are in good hands.
A native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Regina moved to Phoenix, Arizona after high school to get a Graphic Arts degree. After a few years, she returned to Arkansas to help with family. Job offers for designers were scarce so she followed a recommendation to become a dental hygienist. That turned out to be a perfect choice: a chance to use detailed, technical skills while also allowing her to display her natural affinity for everyone she meets.
Claudia - Dental Assistant
Dr. Flower affectionately calls Claudia “Miss Sunshine” because of her perpetually cheery disposition. She loves to see the smile of patients when we fix their smile or take them out of pain. Claudia’s gentle touch and soft laugh are sure to help the most anxious patient feel comfortable and at ease.
Born in Los Angeles, Claudia moved to the Dallas area after living in El Salvador for several years. She has two lovely children, Anna and Tristan, who keep her busy going to dance and sports events. In her spare time, she enjoys playing board games and being pampered at the nail salon.
Claudia loves working at Flower Dental because we offer a wide variety of services that are not available in most office. She enjoys using the latest technology and techniques to make a difference in a patient’s life - whether it’s dental implants, sleep apnea/snoring appliances, CEREC one-visit crowns, veneers or orthodontics.
Bobbie - Office Manager
Bobbie’s goal is to do whatever it takes to ensure each patient has a terrific experience at Flower Dental. Whether it’s picking out roses to offer to each patient or improving office procedures, she is committed to making sure every detail goes smoothly. While Dr. Flower constantly looks for ways to add technology and skills to provide exceptional clinical care, Bobbie is equally committed to making sure that everything else about the patient experience also exceeds expectations.
Bobbie adds plants to the standard landscaping so we can enjoy butterfly-attracting perennials. Her commitment to the environment extends to reducing paper consumption as well as gathering all the recyclables (boxes, paper, plastic bottles, etc.) in the office and and taking them home every day to be collected in the second recycle container she had to get from the city of Carrollton. At Flower Dental, we want to do what is best for the and for our patients!
Bobbie has been married to Dr. Flower for over 20 years. In addition to gardening, she enjoys being mom to Chloe and Nicolas and going to live theater. What she likes best about being at Flower Dental is getting to visit with our delightful family of patients.
